Supreme喉罩在合并心肺疾病老年患者全身麻醉中的应用

Application of Supreme Laryngeal Mask in General Anesthesia in Elderly Patients with Cardiopulmonary Diseases

目的分析supreme喉罩在合并心肺疾病老年患者全身麻醉中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月160例医院收治合并心肺疾病的老年患者作为观察对象,所有患者均行择期全麻手术,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采取气道插管,观察组则采取喉罩。观察两组在麻醉清醒时间、拔管时间以及麻醉药物用量等方面的差异,并观察术后不良反应的发生率。结果观察组在麻醉清醒时间、拔管时间、麻醉药物用量以及术后不良反应发生率等方面均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 supreme喉罩在合并心肺疾病老年患者全身麻醉中的应用能够缩短患者麻醉复苏时间和拔管时间,同时能够减少麻醉药物用量,降低术后不良反应的发生率。

Objective To analyze the application value of supreme laryngeal mask airway in general anesthesia for elderly patients with combined cardiopulmonary diseases.Methods One hundred and sixty elderly patients with cardiopulmonary diseases admitted to our hospitals from January2016to December2017were selected as objects of observation.All patients underwent elective general anesthesia were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received airway intubation,and the observation group received laryngeal mask airway.The differences in anesthetic awake time,extubation time and anesthetic dosage between the two groups were observed,and the incidence of adverse reactions after operation was also observed.Results The observation group was significantly lower than the control group in terms of anesthetic awake time,extubation time,anesthetic dosage and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of supreme laryngeal mask airway in general anesthesia for elderly patients with cardiopulmonary diseases can shorten the anesthetic resuscitation time and catheter extraction time,reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs and reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.
