儿童三脑室及后部肿瘤术前影像表现及切除术术后护理

Preoperative Imaging Manifestations and Postoperative Nursing Care of Children with Triventricle and Posterior Tumors

目的探究儿童三脑室与后部肿瘤术前影像表现切除及术后应用相应护理手段到所取得的效果。方法分析目标是2016年3月至2018年3月在本院进行医治的80例三脑室及后部肿瘤患儿,分为参照组与分析组,参照组患儿给予常规护理,分析组患儿给予护理干预措施,对照两组患儿的护理效果。结果对两组患儿进行相应的护理后,分析组患儿的护理效率显然优于参照组(P<0.05),就证明在统计学上存在价值。结论对于儿童三脑室与后部肿瘤切除术后患儿,给予其护理干预措施,可对患儿家属的顾虑加以解除,将其不良情绪加以减轻,有利于患儿病情的尽快恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of preoperative image resection of children’s three ventricles and posterior tumors and the application of nursing methods after surgery.Methods A total of80cases of children with triventricular and posterior tumor who were treated in our hospital from March2016to March2018were divided into the reference group and the analysis group,the reference group was given routine nursing,the analysis group was given nursing intervention measures,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After the corresponding nursing of the two groups of children,the nursing efficiency of the analysis group was obviously better than that of the reference group(P<0.05),which proved the existence of statistical value.Conclusion The nursing intervention measures given to the children after resection of three-ventricle and posterior tumor can relieve the concern of the children’s families and alleviate their bad emotions,which is conducive to the recovery of the children’s condition as soon as possible.
