循证护理及CT检查在脑梗死护理中的应用效果评价

Application Effect Evaluation of Evidence-Based Nursing and CT Examination in Cerebral Infarction Nursing

目的对循证护理及CT检查在脑梗死护理中的应用效果进行评价,从而为患者提供更好的护理服务。方法选择我院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的脑梗死40例患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用循证护理,从而对两组患者的生存状况和心理水平进行比较。结果两组患者的身心健康状况均有所好转,观察组患者的各项数据均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。CT检查结果显示观察组护理后效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能产生更好的护理效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing and CT examination in cerebral infarction nursing,so as to provide better nursing services for patients.Methods From January2017to January2018,a total of40patients with cerebral infarction were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received evidence-based nursing.The survival status and psychological level of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The physical and mental health of patients in both groups was improved.Patients in the observation group presented significantly better health level than that in the control group(P<0.05).CT examination results showed that the nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can produce better nursing results and is worthy of clinical promotion.
