伽玛刀立体定向放疗结合全脑照射治疗脑转移瘤临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Gamma Knife Stereotactic Radiotherapy Combined with Whole Brain Irradiation in the Treatment of Brain Metastatic Tumor

目的观察伽玛刀立体定向放疗结合全脑照射治疗脑转移瘤临床效果。方法选取2016年2月至2018年3月共60例中晚期患者为研究对象,根据随机数字法对患者进行分组,常规组采用单纯立体定向放射治疗,实验组采用立体定向放疗结合全脑照射治疗。统计并对比两组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者总有效率为96.67%,常规组患者总有效率为86.67%。实验组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组患者(P<0.05);实验组与常规组患者的不良反应发生率差异明显,实验组优势较大(P<0.05)。结论伽玛刀立体定向放疗结合全脑照射治疗脑转移瘤临床效果突出,能够显著提高患者的生存质量,疗效确切且安全性较高,值得推广普及。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of gamma knife stereotactic radiotherapy combined with whole brain irradiation in the treatment of brain metastatic tumor.Methods A total of60patients with middle and advanced stage of tumors from February2016to March2018were selected as the research objects.The patients were grouped according to the random number method.The conventional group was treated with stereotactic radiotherapy,and the experimental group was treated with stereotactic radiotherapy combined with whole brain irradiation.The therapeutic effect and the adverse reaction rates of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was96.67%in the experimental group and86.67%in the conventional group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the adverse reaction rates between two groups,and the experimental group had a better advantage(P<0.05).Conclusion Gamma knife stereotactic radiotherapy combined with whole brain irradiation has prominent clinical effect in the treatment of brain metastatic tumor,which can significantly improve life quality of patients,and has high efficacy and safety.It is worth popularizing.
