核磁共振成像对直肠肛管周围脓肿及肛瘘的临床诊断效果及检出率影响分析

Effect of Magnetic Resonance Imaging on Clinical Diagnosis and Detection Rate of Perianal Abscess and Anal Fistula

目的分析核磁共振成像对直肠肛管周围脓肿及肛瘘的临床诊断效果及检出率影响。方法选取我院直肠肛管周围脓肿患者50例(2016年7月～2017年6月),给予患者核磁共振成像检查及直肠指诊,观察诊断结果。结果核磁共振成像对内口与脓肿病灶检出率明显高于直肠指诊(P<0.05)。核磁共振成像与直肠指诊对直肠肛管周围脓肿类型检出率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在直肠肛管周围脓肿及肛瘘患者临床诊断中,应用核磁共振成像能清晰呈现脓肿及肛管结构,方便准确,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect of magnetic resonance imaging on clinical diagnosis and detection rate of perianal abscess and anal fistula.Methods A total of50patients with rectal and anal abscess in our hospital(from July2016to June2017)were selected and given magnetic resonance imaging examination and digital rectal examination.The diagnosis results were observed and compared.Results The detection rate of internal mouth and abscess lesions by magnetic resonance imaging was significantly higher than that by digital rectal examination(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of perianal abscess types between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of patients with anorectal abscess and anal fistula,magnetic resonance imaging can clearly present the abscess and anal structure,which is convenient,accurate and worthy of reference.
