心脏彩超在诊断多病因慢性心力衰竭时的临床应用探讨

Clinical Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Chronic Heart Failure with Multiple Causes

目的探究心脏彩超在诊断多病因慢性心力衰竭中的应用。方法选取近期我院诊断为多病因慢性心力衰竭的45例患者做为研究对象,45例健康者做为对照,均行心脏彩超检测,并对结果进行比较。结果实验组具有更低的左室射血分数,更高的左房内径及左室舒张末径,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在诊断多病因慢性心力衰竭病情时,心脏彩超检查有助于医护人员掌握患者病情,从而采取最佳的治疗手段。

Objective To explore the application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure with multiple causes.Methods A total of45patients with multiple causes of chronic heart failure in our hospital were selected as the study objects and45healthy patients as the control group.All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography,and the results of two groups were compared.Results Patients with multiple causes of chronic heart failure had lower left ventricular ejection fraction,higher left atrial diameter and the last diastolic diameter of the left ventricle,relative to healthy subjects(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of multiple causes of chronic heart failure,cardiac color Doppler ultrasound examination is helpful for medical staff to grasp the patient's condition,so as to take the best treatment.
