多层螺旋CT三维图像重建和脑灌注成像在急性颅脑损伤动态变化中应用分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的分析和观察多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维图像重建与脑灌注成像(CTP)在急性颅脑损伤动态变化中的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年6月至2019年1月收治的急性颅脑损伤患者200例,全部患者均在伤后6 h内行MSCT和CTP检查,2~3 d内动态复查MSCT符合TBI诊断;对比两种方法的临床诊断效果。结果进行急性颅脑损伤动态变化检查当中,CTP对硬膜下血肿、蛛网膜下腔出血、脑内血肿、硬膜外血肿、脑挫裂伤、弥漫性轴索损伤的检出结果优于MSCT,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CTP检查可有效反映急性颅脑损伤患者脑组织灌注变化,具有可靠的临床价值。 Objective To analyze and observe the application value of multislice spiral CT(MSCT)three-dimensional image reconstruction and computed tomography perfusion(CTP)in the dynamic changes of acute craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of200patients with acute craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from June2017to January2019were selected.All patients underwent MSCT and CTP examinations within6h after injury,and dynamic review of MSCT within2-3days was consistent with TBI diagnosis.The clinical diagnosis results of the methods were compared.Results In the dynamic changes of acute craniocerebral injury,CTP was superior to MSCT in detecting subdural hematoma,subarachnoid hemorrhage,intracerebral hematoma,epidural hematoma,cerebral contusion and laceration,and diffuse axonal injury(P<0.05).Conclusion CTP examination can effectively reflect the perfusion changes of brain tissue in patients with acute craniocerebral injury,and has reliable clinical value
