摘要
目的探讨锁定钢板治疗Pilon Ruedi-AllgowerⅡ、Ⅲ型骨折的效果。方法选择2015年10月至2017年3月我院收治的30例Pilon骨折患者,予以锁定钢板治疗,观察不同类型患者的治疗有效率、踝关节功能的优良率、并发症发生率与关节复位率。结果 Ruedi-AllgowerⅡ型的治疗总有效率、踝关节功能的优良率、关节复位的良好率明显高于Ⅲ型,并发症发生率明显低于Ⅲ型,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板治疗Pilon Ruedi-AllgowerⅡ型骨折的效果明显优于RuediAllgowerⅢ型。
Objective To explore the effect of locking plate in the treatment of Pilon Ruedi-AllgowerⅡandⅢtype fracture.Methods A total of30patients with Pilon fracture admitted to our hospital from October2015to March2017were selected and treated with locking plate.The treatment efficiency,excellent rate of ankle function,incidence of complications and joint reduction rate were observed.Results The total effective rate,good ankle function rate,and joint reduction rate of Ruedi-AllgowerⅡtype patients were significantly higher than that ofⅢtype patients,while the complication rate was significantly lower than that ofⅢtype patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of locking plate in the treatment Pilon Ruedi-AllgowerⅡtype fracture is superior toⅢtype.
