低频康复治疗仪对产妇产后子宫复旧的影响

Effect of Low-Frequency Rehabilitation Therapy Apparatus on Postpartum Uterine Involution of Puerpera

目的探讨分析低频康复治疗仪对产妇产后子宫复旧的影响。方法选取本院自2017年2月～2018年5月收治的顺产产妇100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组产妇产后进行常规护理,观察组产妇产后应用低频康复治疗仪,比较两组产妇产后子宫复旧情况。结果观察组产妇的子宫复旧情况(宫缩痛,宫缩持续时间,恶露排尽时间)优于对照组,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的子宫复旧时间短于对照组,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低频康复治疗仪能够有效改善产妇产后子宫复旧情况,效果显著,值得应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of low-frequency rehabilitation therapy apparatus on postpartum uterine involution of puerpera.Methods One hundred cases of puerpera who were admitted to our hospital from February2017to May2018were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received routine postpartum nursing,and the observation group received low-frequency postpartum rehabilitation therapy apparatus.Results The uterine involution in the observation group was better than that in the control group(contraceptive pain,duration of contractions,duration of lochia excretion),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of uterine involution in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency rehabilitation therapy apparatus can effectively improve postpartum uterine involution of puerpera.
