摘要 肝脏脂肪变性可表现在多种慢性肝脏疾病中并影响其治疗效果和预后。近年来,受控衰减参数(CAP)已广泛应用于肝脏脂肪变性的评估中,具有良好的诊断价值。该文就CAP在临床上的诊断应用、影响因素及随访应用等方面作一综述。
