高速公路营运风险管理实践与改进途径

摘要 面对高速公路严峻的风险管理现状,首先以泰州大桥为例对现阶段高速公路风险管理实践进行了分析,分析了泰州大桥高速公路在风险辨识、风险评估和风险控制等方面的风险管理工作,在此基础上指出了当前高速公路风险管理模式存在的不足,提出了以文化工程、系统工程、信息工程为3大提升点的风险管理改进途径,并进行了详细阐释,对提高高速公路营运管理企业的风险管理水平具有很好的借鉴意义. Facing the severe risk management status of expressways,the Taizhou Bridge was taken as an example to analyze the existing risk management practices of the highways,and the risk assessment and control of the Taizhou Bridge Expressway was analyzed.Based on this analysis,it points out the shortcomings of the present highway risk management model,and puts forward three ways to improve risk management:cultural engineering,systems engineering,and information engineering,and explains in detail the improvement of highway operation management.The results of this research will serve as a solid foundation for managing risks in highway operations.
