孟巴矿综采工作面支架支护强度分析

摘要 综采放顶煤工作面最大支护阻力出现在工作面初放阶段,达到16 346 kN/架,必须在初放阶段采取辅助放顶措施,尽量降低采空区悬顶长度,从而减小工作面初次来压对支架的冲击,避免工作面液压支架压死、压垮等事故的发生。 The maximum support resistance of full-mechanized top coal caving face appears in the initial stage of working face,reaching16346kN/frame.It is necessary to adopt auxiliary top coal caving measures in the initial stage to reduce the hanging roof length for goaf,so as to reduce the impact of first weighting on supports,and avoid the occurrence of accidents such as crushing and crushing of the hydraulic support on working face.
