一种基于PLC和VB,用于监控液压支架试验台的系统,是以IPC-610-H工控机作为上位机,S7-200 PLC作为下位机,利用VB6.0中MSComm控件的功能实现上、下位机通信,为加强管理用户数据采用ODBC数据库。根据实际应用可知,此监控系统可准确地控制液压支架试验台,确保试验各个环节能够顺利进行,实时监控液压支架运行过程。

This paper introduced a system based on PLC and VB for monitoring hydraulic support test bench.This system mainly uses the IPC-610-H industrial computer as the upper computer and the S7-200PLC as the lower computer.The function of MSComm control in VB6.0was used to realize upper and lower computer communication;ODBC database was used to strengthen management user data.According to the actual application,it was showed that this monitoring system can accurately control the hydraulic support test bench,and ensure that all aspects of the test can be carried out smoothly,monitor the operation process of hydraulic support at all time.
