摘要
针对矿井火灾的特性,提出了一种新型的防灭火材料,通过分析其机理与实验验证相结合的方法,对其阻化性、沸点、保水性、吸热性等特性进行分析,验证了复合胶体在防灭火性能方面的优越性。结合1306工作面的特点,采取复合胶体防灭火技术,成功处理了工作面采空区火灾问题,保障了矿井安全生产。
In this paper,according to the characteristics of mine fire,a new fire extinguishing material was put forward,through the mechanism analysis method combined with the experiment,its resistance,boiling point,water retention,heat absorbing properties were analyzed,the superiority of composite gel in the performance of the fire prevention was verified.Through the application of the field,combined with the characteristics of the1306working face,the composite gel fire prevention and control technology was adopted,and the fire problem of the goaf of the1306working face was successfully solved,which has ensured the safety production of mine shaft.
