摘要
清水营煤矿在风险预控体系建设过程中,运用"工作任务分析法"、"事故树分析法"、"矩阵分析法",结合矿井安全生产实际情况,进行危险源辨识,对危险源进行风险评估和等级划分,制定相应的管理标准和管理措施,通过分级管控,强化安全管理,建立事故隐患防范机制,使危险源辨识、隐患排查治理制度化、规范化,保证了安全生产。
In the process of risk pre-control system construction in Qingshuiying Coal Mine,the"task analysis method","fault tree analysis method"and"matrix analysis method"were used to identify the dangerous sources,evaluate and classify the dangerous sources,and formulate the corresponding management standards and measures.Through hierarchical management and control,safety management was strengthened,and accident hidden danger prevention mechanism was established,so as to institutionalize and standardize hazard identification,hidden danger investigation and management,and has ensured safe production.
