摘要 徐矿综合利用发电有限公司1号汽轮机已经运行7 a。该台汽轮机热力试验实测热耗率与设计值有120 kJ/kWh的差距,与国内同类机组先进水平相比也存在较大的差距。经过专项分析和诊断,高、中、低压缸各汽缸做功效率较设计值有不同程度的下降,根本原因就是级间漏汽,汽封改造后减小了级间漏汽现象,提高了1号机组的效率,热耗率较改造前下降110. 93 kJ/kWh。 The No.1steam turbine of Xuzhou Mine Comprehensive Utilization Power Generation Co.,Ltd.has been running7a.There is a big gap between the measured heat consumption rate and the designed value of120kJ/kWh in the thermal test of this steam turbine and the advanced level of similar units in China.Through special analysis and diagnosis,the efficiency of each cylinder of high,medium and low pressure cylinders has been reduced to varying degrees compared with the design value.The fundamental reason is the leakage between stages.After the modification of the steam seal,the leakage between stages has been reduced,the efficiency of Unit1has been improved,and the heat consumption has been reduced by110.93kJ/kWh before the modification.
