摘要
针对徐州矿务集团有限公司(以下简称徐矿集团)现行财务管理模式存在的成本高、集团管控不足、信息交流受限等问题进行分析,提出财务人员转型、管理机构精简、成本优化等方面的管理创新模式。财务共享服务作为近年出现的管理模式,可以将财务人员从繁琐、基础的业务中解脱,极大地激发财务人员的工作积极性和创造性。通过财务共享服务中心实施动因、预期效果及效益等方面分析其实施的可行性,得出建立财务共享服务中心可以释放财务部门在集团公司战略变革和发展中决策支持的潜能,提升财务部门的地位和作用。
Aimed at the problems existing in the current financial management mode of Xuzhou Mining Group,such as high cost,insufficient group management and control,limited information exchange and so on,innovate management in the aspects of financial personnel transformation,streamlining management institutions and cost optimization were proposed in this paper.As a management mode emerging in recent years,financial sharing service can free financial personnel from tedious and basic business,and can greatly stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of the financial staff.Through the analysis of the feasibility of the implementation of the Financial Sharing Service Center from the aspects of motivation,expected effect and benefit,it is concluded that the establishment of the Financial Sharing Service Center can release the potential of the financial department in the strategic change and development of the group company,and enhance the status and role of the financial department.
