产业创新速度与创新效益的耦合互动:作用机理与实证检验

Coupling Interaction of Industry Innovation Speed and Innovation Effectiveness:Function Mechanism and Empirical Test

当前我国经济步入高质量发展阶段,实现高质量发展的关键在于创新。创新本身也存在效益和速度的辩证统一问题,但现有研究主要将创新视为一个整体变量,较少关注创新速度和效益之间的关系。基于面板门槛回归模型的实证分析结果表明:产业创新速度与创新效益之间存在着倒U型曲线关系,中等创新速度对产业创新效益贡献最大,过高和过低的产业创新速度都会对产业创新效益产生不利影响。为此,应进一步优化创新环境,致力于实现创新速度与创新效益的良性互动。

At present,the Chinese economy has stepped into the stage of high-quality development,and the key to high-quality development is innovation.There exists dialectical unity of effectiveness and speed in the innovation itself.The present research,however,treats innovation as the whole variant,with little concerns with the relation to the innovation speed and effectiveness.According to the empirical analysis results of the regression model of the panel threshold,between the industry innovation speed and effectiveness,there is the curve relationship of inverted U,and the medium innovation speed contributes the most to the innovation effectiveness,and the too-high or too-low innovation speed is to produce the unfavorable factor to the innovation effectiveness.Thus,it is necessary to further optimize the innovation environment,and to achieve the good interaction between the innovation speed and effectiveness.
