建设高教强国的“中国模式”:时代价值、现实困境与实现路径

“China Model” of Building Powerful Nation in Higher Education:Time Value,Realistic Predicament and Implementation Path

中国拥有世界上最大规模的高等教育体系和一批高水平的大学,目前正在经历从"高教大国"向"高教强国"转型,从国家政策层面推进高教强国建设,阐发新时代高教强国的"中国模式",在国内和国际两个层面都有重要价值。但是,在实践进程中,建设高教强国的"中国模式"面临许多现实困境。高教强国"中国模式"的建构路径包括,在目标上,以构建人类命运共同体为价值引领;在发展动力上,以五大发展理念为内生驱动;在发展方式上,努力实现内涵式转型发展;在文化层面上,强化立足中国传统文化的身份建构。

China has the largest higher education system in the world and a group of high-level universities,and is experiencing the transformation from the nation of“large higher education”to the nation of“strong higher education”.The“China model”of building a powerful nation in higher education at the national policy level elucidates the dual values for China and the world.However,in the actual process,there are many practical difficulties.The“China model”of building a powerful nation in higher education has the goal of constructing a community with a shared future for mankind as the value guide,and the five innovation development ideas as the endogenous driving force,the inclusive transformational development as the development mode,and the China identity construction based on the Chinese traditional culture as the cultural level.
