摘要
为了提升产品的用户满意度和产品质量,提出一种基于KANO-QFD的需求分析方法。运用KANO模型进行需求获取、分类,筛选用户需求;并将用户需求通过QFD转换成具体的产品技术要素需求,从而得到客户需求的类型及技术需求的重要度,并依据二者选择相应的TRIZ理论工具进行产品创新。
In order to improve the user satisfaction and product quality of the product,a KANO-QFD theory based demand analysis is proposed.KANO model is used to acquire and classify and screen user requirements.And the user needs are converted into specific product technical element requirements through QFD,so as to obtain the type of customer demand and the importance of technical requirements.And according to their choice of the corresponding TRIZ theoretical tools for product innovation.
