摘要
针对某型城市轨道车辆转向架构架的疲劳失效问题,通过多次线路测试、理论计算和分析、时域和频域的对比,对构架疲劳失效的影响因素进行了深入研究.结果表明:车轮踏面缺陷、轨道特殊区段激扰和轨道不平顺成为导致转向架构架发生振动疲劳失效的重要因素,需对车辆及线路进行维修以降低各种轮轨激扰,避免构架发生振动疲劳失效.研究方法和思路为解决类似工程问题提供了借鉴.
Regard to the fatigue fracture of an urban rail vehicle bogie frame,the fatigue reliability influence factors is deeply studied through several routine tests,theory calculation and analysis and comparison between time domain and frequency domain.The results show that the tread leakage,excitements in unusual track sections and the track irregularity are important factors which cause the vibration and fatigue failure of such urban rail vehicle bogie frame.Maintenance of the vehicles and track are needed to reduce the wheel-track excitation and avoid the vibration and fatigue failure on the bogie frame.The research method and idea could be a reference to solve similar engineering problems.
