复杂工况下地铁车辆限界精细化分析

Fine Analysis of Metro Vehicle Gauge under Complicated Operating Modes

摘要 基于《地铁限界标准》CJJ96-2003,以某B2型地铁车辆为例,在求得其隧道内外直线区间车辆限界的基础上,进一步对该车在直线过站、抗侧滚扭杆失效、空气弹簧破损和过充等多种非标准复杂工况条件下的车辆限界进行精细化分析,提出相应的计算思路及方法,具有一定的工程应用价值. Taking an B2 vehicle as an example,the vehicle gauges on the straight line inside and outside the tunnel were obtained based on the Standard of Metro Gauges,CJJ96-2003.Furthermore,the vehicle gauges under various nonstandard complex conditions were studied carefully,such as passing platform on straight line,anti-roll bar failure,air spring damage and overcharge.The corresponding calculation ideas and methods were given,which had certain engineering application value.
