新时代高职院校班级管理现状及对策研究——以江苏建筑职业技术学院某班为例

Research on Class Management Status and Countermeasures for Higher Vocational Colleges in New Age ——Taking a class of Jiangsu Construction Vocational and Technical College as an example

在育人过程中,班级是教育教学得以实施的基本单位,班级管理在思想政治教育、日常管理和教育教学中发挥着重要的作用。以江苏建筑职业技术学院设备与市政工程学院给排水工程技术专业2015级(1)班为例,根据新时代高职学生的特点,分析高职院校班级管理现状,提出加强思想教育,厚植爱国情怀;以学风建设为抓手,建立良好的班风;密切家校联系,建立和谐的师生关系等班级管理对策。

In the process of education,class is the basic unit of education and teaching,and class management plays an important role in ideological and political education,daily management and education and teaching.Taking Equipment and Municipal Engineering College of Jiangsu Construction Vocational and Technical College as an example,according to the characteristics of the vocational college students in new era,the current situation of class management in higher vocational colleges is analyzed,ideological education is strengthened,and patriotic feelings are planted.Besides,we should take the style construction as a grasp and establish a good class style;close home-school contact,establish harmonious teacher-student relationship and other class management countermeasures.
