理论自信是我党提出的"四个自信"之一,也是高校思想政治教育理论课教师必备的基本要求和首要素质。高校是学习和宣传中国特色社会主义理论的主阵地,思想政治教育理论课教师只有具备坚定的理论自信,才能自觉地引导学生并提高自身的马克思主义理论水平,通过教学活动使学生树立起马克思主义理论信仰,在教学内容、教学方式、教学实践上进行创新,拓宽教育途径,提高教学效果,培养社会主义建设的合格人才。

The theoretical self-confidence is one of the"four self-confidence"put forward by our party,and it is also the basic requirement and primary quality that teachers of ideological and political education in colleges and universities must have.Universities and colleges are the main bases for learning and propagating the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Only when teachers of ideological and political education theory have firm theoretical self-confidence can they consciously guide students and improve their own Marxist theories,and enable students to establish Marxist theoretical beliefs through teaching activities,innovate in teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching practices,broaden educational channels,improve teaching results,and train qualified talents for socialist construction.
