摘要
广告英语是一种实用文体,具有特殊的文体功能。广告英语翻译更是一种特殊的文本翻译。结合广告英语的语言特色,探讨在目的论翻译指导下的广告英语翻译方法和策略,即直译法、意译法和创造性翻译等方法,旨在实现广告英语的功能,激发读者的购买行为。
The advertising English is a practical style with special stylistic function.Advertising English translation is a special kind of text translation.Based on the linguistic characteristics of advertising English,this paper discusses the methods and strategies of advertising English translation under the guidance of teleological translation,namely,literal-translating method,meaning-translation method and creative translation,aiming to realize the function of advertising English and stimulate the buying behavior of readers.
