新常态下高校党员学习教育存在的问题及对策——以黄冈职业技术学院为例

Problems and Countermeasures on Learning and Education of Party Members in Universities and Colleges under the New Normal —— Taking Huanggang Polytechnic College as an example

中共中央办公厅在2017年3月印发了《关于推进"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化的意见》,指出党员的学习教育要坚持融入日常,抓在经常,把抓好党员的学习教育成为基层党建工作的新常态。以黄冈职业技术学院基层党员学习教育为例,针对党员学习教育中出现的组织形式单一,党员学习兴趣不浓,学习效果不佳等问题,探析新常态下,实现党员教育"学""做"结合,以"学"促"做"的对策。

In March 2017,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee issued the Opinions on Promoting the Institutionalization of Learning and Education in"Two Learning and One Doing",and pointed out that party members should adhere to daily learning and education,keep it in regular use and make it a new normal for Party building at the grassroots level to focus on Party members'learning and education.Taking the learning and education of basic Party members of Huanggang Polytechnic College as an example,in order to solve the problems such as the single organizational form that appears in Party members'learning and education,the lack of interest in Party members'learning,and the poor learning effect,we explored and analyzed to realize the link of"learning"and"doing"for Party members education and countermeasures to promote"doing"with"learning"under the new normal conditions.
