摘要
提出了碳纤维增强复合材料应用于轨道交通车辆车体的技术需求和技术优势。介绍了国内外轨道交通车辆碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)车体的应用现状。对中车长春轨道客车股份有限公司研制的全碳纤维复合材料车体的应用实例和技术特点进行了分析,证实了全碳纤维复合材料车体承载结构应用的可行性。对持续快速发展碳纤维复合材料技术,以及推进轨道交通复合材料车体的应用提出可行性建议。
Technical requirements and technical advantages of CFRP applied to rail transit composite carbody are pointed out,the present application of CFRP composite carbody in rail transit all around the world is introduced.Based on the application cases and technical characters of CFRP composite carbody manufactured by CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co.,Ltd.,the application feasibility of composite bearing structure is verified,suggestions are put forward for the sustained and rapid development of CFRP composite technology,as well as the promotion of CFRP application to rail transit composite carbody.
