摘要
针对中低速磁浮轨道存在的影响列车运行的不平顺问题,提出了一种基于悬浮间隙传感器和加速度传感器的几何不平顺检测算法。通过该算法对传感器采集的数据进行分析,得到反映轨道几何形态的各项指标。利用Matlab软件模拟轨道各种不平顺状态,对检测算法进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,轨道不平顺仿真值与轨道不平顺指标值具有较高的线性关系,证明该检测算法在理论上是可行的。
According to the track irregularity problems existing in the operation of medium and low-peed speed maglev train,an irregularity detecting algorithm based on the levitation gap sensor and the acceleration sensor is put forward.By analyzing the data collected from the sensors based on the detection algorithm,the indexes that reflect the geometric shape of the track are obtained.Then,Matlab algorithm is used to simulate different irregularity conditions to check the detection algorithm,the result shows that a higher linear relationship exists between the simulation values and the index values,which verifies the theoretical feasibility of the track irregularity detection system.
