“一带一路”背景下四川省现代服务业竞争力体系构建与评价

The Construction and Evaluation of Modern Service Industry Competitiveness System of Sichuan under the Background of “The Belt and Road”

"一带一路"的提出为国内沿线省市现代服务业的发展提供了新的机遇以及更广阔的合作平台。四川省作为"一带一路"沿线的西南省份,现代服务业的发展面临着沿线省市的激烈竞争。通过分析四川省现代服务业的发展现状,选取沿线的18个重要省市,运用熵值法,构建以核心竞争力、基础竞争力和环境竞争力3个层次的现代服务业业竞争力评价体系,分析评价四川省现代服务业在沿线省市中的竞争力大小,并根据实证研究结果提出四川省现代服务业竞争力提升的建议。

“The Belt and Road”Initiative has led to exchanges and cooperation among relevant industries in countries along route.Sichuan free trade zone is a pilot inland open zone in southwest China.Modern service industry,as an important development industry in Sichuan free trade zone,plays a positive role in its development by integrating into“The Belt and Road”.By analyzing the development present situation of modern service industry in Sichuan province and using the entropy value method,we build a modern service industry competitiveness evaluation system basing on core competence,competitiveness and environmental competitiveness among the selected 18 major provinces and cities,then we analyze and evaluate the modern service industry competitiveness of Sichuan provinces,and put forward the way to improve modern service industry competitiveness of Sichuan province according to the results of the empirical research.
