摘要
阐述了磷酸铁锂电池的结构及工作原理,利用高低温交变实验柜模拟南极低温环境,对磷酸铁锂电池在低温环境下进行了不同温度的充放电实验,通过分析实验数据,得出结论:当环境温度逐渐下降,磷酸铁锂电池的充放电性能显著下降,放电初始端电压下降,电池容量减少。在常温、-10、-20和-30℃环境温度下分别以2 A电流进行恒流放电,磷酸铁锂电池的放电容量分别为75.1、67.7、39.3和26.5 Ah。在低温环境下,使用小电流充电可以提高电池的容量。
This paper mainly introduces the structure and working principle of lithium iron phosphate battery and uses the high and low temperature alternating test cabinet to simulate the low temperature environment at the South Pole for carrying out lithium iron phosphate battery in different temperature environment of the charge and discharge experiments,and analyses the data to draw conclusions with the decrease of the ambient temperature.The charge and discharge performance of the lithium iron phosphate battery is significantly decreased,the discharge voltage decreases and the discharge capacity decreases.The discharge capacity of lithium iron phosphate batteries were 75.1 Ah,67.7 Ah,39.3 Ah and 26.5 Ah at ambient temperature,-10℃,-20℃and-30℃respectively.In low temperature environments,small current charging can increase the battery capacity.
