摘要
电池管理系统是当今新能源汽车动力电池技术研究的热点,其核心技术之一是电池的均衡控制技术。现有的均衡控制技术中大多数采用被动均衡的方法,被动均衡的方法存在能量损耗大、工作效率低等缺点。为规避缺点,采用电压主动均衡电路设计,借助于古卡变换器构造,借鉴非隔离式主动均衡电路,通过Matlab中的Simulink建模仿真,确保均衡电路的可行性,并使用了3个串联的三元锂电池搭建电路进行了均衡实验,验证了该主动均衡控制策略的有效性,为后续的研究提供技术支持。
The battery management system is a hotspot of research on new energy vehicles,and one of its core technology is the balance of battery control technology.Most of the existing balance control technology uses passive equalization method,but its shortcomings are large energy loss and low working efficiency.The design with the aid of Cuk converter is constructed the isolation type active equalization circuit,and adopt the method of voltage balance,through the modeling and simulation in Matlab Simulink,to ensure the feasibility of the equalization circuit.The three series of lithium battery are used to build circuit equilibrium experiment,which is to verify the effectiveness of the balanced control strategy,and to provide technical support for the follow-up studies.
