摘要
根据正态分布参数环境因子改进的折算方法,判断了电池在高温、振动、冲击、线加速度4种环境条件下放电性能参数折算成低温环境条件下放电性能参数的可行性,扩充了电池低温工作可靠性样本来源。对环境因子应用于可靠性评估前后的结果进行了比较,表明可靠性评估中引入环境因子节省了试验经费和试验时间,提高了评估的准确性和科学性。
The silver-zinc reserve battery suffers from four different environment stresses in discharge tests,which are low temperature environment stress,high temperature environment stress,vibration-acceleration environment stress,shock and vibration environment stress.The data of discharge voltage from high temperature,shock and vibration environment stress regard as the same low temperature environment stress sample by the amendatory conversion of normal distribution environmental factor,which increases the number of low temperature reliability data sources.The reliability evaluation results according to environment factors before and after the evaluation are contrasted,which shows that environment factor applied to reliability evaluation may save test time and expenses,and improve statistical inference data validity.
