电击枪在警察执法中的运用研究

Research on the Application of Stun Gun in Police Law Enforcement

国外大量研究表明,电击失能类警械在各执法部门尤其是基层执法部门中发挥着重要的作用,并且国外也已将此类警械使用于实际执法中,但国内研究相对匮乏。本文基于电击枪在国内外的使用情况,对影响电击枪在国内基层推广的因素进行分析,研究电击枪在基层民警执法中运用推广问题。

A large number of foreign studies have shown that stun guns play an important role in various law enforcement departments,especially grass-roots law enforcement agencies,and foreign police have also used such police equipment in actual law enforcement,but domestic research is relatively scarce.Based on the use of stun guns at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the promotion of stun guns at the domestic grassroots level,and studies the application of stun guns in the grassroots police enforcement.
