“转学”是否促进了学生学业——基于PISA2015数据分析 被引量:3

摘要 转学改变了学生的学习生态,对其学业发展造成影响。运用HLM和PSM法对PISA2015数据分析发现:转学会对学生的学业成绩及成就动机造成负面影响;家庭教育影响日益突出,转学不应成为父母职责的推脱;适当转学可以减少教育阶层固化,促进教育公平。基于此,为更好地促进学生学业发展,可以构建家校共育生态,明确家庭教育的责任担当;重视对转学学生的引导,减少转学带来的负效应;统筹政策资源,加大对薄弱、落后地区教育的投入力度;完善分配制度,调控家庭社会经济地位的影响。 School transfers have changed students'learning ecology and influenced their academic development.Analyzing the data from PISA2015 through HLM and PSM,this paper finds:school transfer has a negative impact on student's academic study and achievement motivation,family education is becoming prominent so that school transfer should not be the cause of responsibility shirking,proper school transfers can reduce the curing of educational class and promote equity of education.Suggestions are made for students'greater achievements,such as:build‘family-school'cooperation on education and highlight the responsibility of family education,guide the school transferred students to reduce negative effects of transfers,coordinate policies and put more resources into education in weak as well as poor areas,improve the distribution and regulate the influence of family social economic status.
