影像学评价骨折愈合的研究进展

Progress in Imaging Evaluation of Fracture Healing

目前临床医生在评价骨折愈合情况时仍缺乏统一的影像学标准及金标准。患者间的个体、骨折部位以及骨折类型的差异都使骨折的影像学评估工作变得比较复杂。对骨骼的生物力学的特点及骨折愈合过程的深入研究有助于指导骨折愈合的评估工作。标准化评分系统的研究和特定影像学标志的识别进一步明确了影像科医生在这一过程中的作用。本文就骨折愈合的评分系统和影像学特征加以综述,了解现有各种评价骨折愈合技术方法的实用性、局限性以及潜在发展方向。

At present,there is still a lack of uniform imaging standard and gold standard in the evaluation of fracture healing by clinicians.Imaging evaluation of fractures is complicated by differences in individual,site and type of fracture.An in-depth study of the biomechanical characteristics of bone and the process of fracture healing is helpful to guide the evaluation of fracture healing.Further study of bone biomechanics and fracture healing is helpful to evaluate fracture healing.The study of standardized scoring system and the identification of specific imaging markers further clarify the role of imaging physicians in this process.In this paper,the scoring system and imaging features of fracture healing are reviewed,and the practicability,limitation and potential development of existing methods for evaluating fracture healing are discussed.
