马克思主义人学理论视域下大学生廉洁教育的理论省思与实践转向

Theoretical Thinking and Practical Turn of College Students Integrity Education Under the Perspective of Marxist Human Theory

作为高校思想政治教育的有机组成部分,大学生廉洁教育必须以马克思主义人学理论为指导思想和实践遵循。大学生廉洁教育的逻辑起点是"现实的人",基本原则是科学与价值相统一,教育目标是实现人的发展与社会进步的辩证统一。当前阶段,大学生廉洁教育应从改进着力方法、改良内容供给、改善作用机理三个维度进行理论省思,并在实践中把握好三个转向:从正向学习、反面警示单点推进到正反教育"协同育人",从重显性教育、轻隐性灌输到显隐教育"有机结合",从社会需要主导到社会进步与个人发展"和谐共现"。

As a composing part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the integrity education for college students must be guided by the Marxist human theory in both ideological and practical aspects.The logical starting point of integrity education is"practical people".The basic principle is the unity of science and value.And the educational goal is to realize the dialectical unity of human development and social progress.At present,the integrity education for college students should be reviewed from three aspects of improving the methods,improving the supply of content,and improving the mechanism of action.And it should grasp three turning points in practice:push from single point of positive learning and negative warning towards"Collaborative education"based on combined positive and negative education,from paying more attention to the explicit education than the invisible infusion towards organic combination of both the explicit and invisible education,from the mode of social-needs-dominated towards the"harmonic co-presence"of social progress and personal development.
