改革开放以来我国以递推式的区域经济发展模式实现了经济的高速增长,国家区域政策的变迁是具有中国特色区域发展战略的成功探索,也是中部地区在国家总体区域战略布局中不断找准发展定位、实现区域价值的有效指引。面对新形势、新环境,中部地区应顺应当前我国区域发展总体格局、区域经济空间结构、区域合作体制机制、区域经济增长动力等方面的新趋势,加快推进区域合作思路和发展思路的转变,以重点领域和薄弱环节为切入点,切实承担起新时期国家赋予中部地区的改革发展重任。

Since the reform and opening up,China has achieved rapid economic growth with a recurring regional economic development model.The change of national regional policies is not only a successful exploration of regional development strategies with Chinese characteristics,but also the effective guidance for Central China area continuously finding the right development direction and realizing regional value under the overall situation of the state regional strategic layout.Facing the new situation and new environment,the central region should conform to the current trend of China's overall situation of the regional development pattern,regional economic spatial structure,regional cooperation system and mechanism,regional economic growth momentum,etc.,and accelerate the transformation of regional cooperation ideas and development ideas.Taking key areas and weak links as the starting point,it shall earnestly shoulder the heavy responsibility of reform and development given to the central region by the state in the new era.
