品管圈在脑卒中偏瘫患者良肢位摆放的效果研究

Effect of Quality Control Circle on Normal Limb Position in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的探索品管圈活动在脑卒中偏瘫患者良肢位摆放的作用。方法在神经内科选择2017年8月7日～20日脑卒中偏瘫住院患者良肢位摆放490例为研究对照组,选择2018年1月15日～28日脑卒中偏瘫住院患者良肢位摆放441例为观察组,按照品管圈的步骤开展脑卒中偏瘫患者良肢位摆放活动,对改善前后结果进行对比。结果实施品管圈活动后,脑卒中偏瘫患者良肢位摆放的错误率由64.90%降至25.62%,目标达标率为97.16%,实际改善幅度为60.52%,改善前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);圈成员责任心、发现问题及解决问题的能力、创新能力、沟通与协调能力、荣誉感、运用品管手法的能力都有明显提升;患者及家属对良肢位认知高于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在脑卒中偏瘫患者良肢位摆放中实施品管圈活动不仅有助于降低脑卒中偏瘫患者良肢位摆放的错误率、提高专科护理质量、护患满意度及职业价值,而且有助于护士科研思维拓展及水平的提高。

Objective To explore the role of quality control circle in the placement of good limbs in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods490good limb positions of stroke hemiplegic inpatients were selected as the control group in neurology department from August7th to20th,2017,441patients with stroke hemiplegia hospitalized from January15th to28th,2018were selected as observation group.According to the steps of quality control circle,the good limb placement of stroke hemiplegic patients was carried out,and the results before and after improvement were compared.Results The error rate of good limb placement in patients with hemiplegia was decreased from64.90%to25.83%after the implementation of quality control circle activity,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Circle members'sense of responsibility,problem finding and problem solving ability,innovation ability,communication and coordination ability,sense of honor,ability of using quality control techniques have obviously improved.The cognition of good limb position in patients and their relatives was significantly higher than that before exercise(P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle in the placement of good limb position in hemiplegic patients with stroke is not only helpful to reduce the error rate of good limb placement in patients with hemiplegia,but also to improve the quality of special nursing care,the satisfaction of nursing patients and the value of occupation.Moreover,it is helpful for nurses to expand their scientific research thinking and improve their level.
