回归式产业转移、制度资本与区域经济增长实证研究

回归式产业转移具有以往产业转移不具有的优势,主要是通过增加就业收入、增加税收、搭建生产平台、促进产业集聚、参与社会规范和治理等推动区域经济增长。同时,制度资本在推动产业转移回归家乡和回归式产业推动区域经济增长的过程中,发挥了巨大的作用。本文经过实证研究发现:回归式产业转移在制度资本的作用下对区域经济增长有正向推动作用,是产业转移最新的模式,也是精准扶贫的最佳模式,改变落后地区面貌的最佳路径,同时也对实现乡村振兴是一种积极有益的探索。最后,为使回归式产业转移成为落后欠发达地区经济增长的动力,从制度、平台搭建、人才队伍等角度针对性地提出政策建议。

Regressive industrial transfer has the advantages that the previous industrial transfer does not have,mainly to promote regional economic growth by increasing employment income,increasing tax revenue,building production platforms,promoting industrial agglomeration,and participating in social norms and governance.At the same time,institutional capital has played a huge role in promoting industrial transfer to return home and returning industries to promote regional economic growth.After empirical research,it is found that regression industry transfer has positive for regional economic growth under the influence of institutional capital.The promotion is the latest model of industrial transfer,and it is also the best model for precision poverty alleviation.It is the best way to change the appearance of backward areas.It is also a positive and beneficial exploration for rural revitalization.Finally,in order to make the return-type industry transfer become the driving force for economic growth in underdeveloped regions,a number of policy recommendations have been put forward from the perspectives of system,platform construction and talent team.
