摘要
分析某电动汽车减速器P挡机构换挡板的锁止圆弧对解锁力的影响,并在试制样件装车后,进行了平路(0%)、中坡(15%)、大坡(30%)等情况下坡道解锁试验。通过分析试验数据,优化换挡板锁止圆弧结构,可以显著降低P挡的解锁力需求。为验证优化后的换挡板锁止圆弧是否可靠,对减速器总成进行了驻车的可靠性和耐久性试验。结果表明:所设计的锁止圆弧满足驻车可靠性要求。
Shift plate is a part of parking gear of the electric vehicle decelerator.The effect of locking arc of the shift plate on unlocking force is analyzed.After trial assembling,the ability of unlocking parking gear was tested via vehicle tests on0%slope,15%slope and30%slope.The results show that the new structure,after optimizing the baffle lock circular arc structure of the shift plate,significantly reduce the unlocking force.Finally,a decelerator assembly was used to test the parking reliability and durability.
