摘要
针对某SUV车型加速过程中换挡杆振动大的问题,通过频谱分析、阶次分析、模态试验分析、CAE分析等方法对换挡杆抖动的原因进行分析,确定换挡杆抖动的原因是由于换挡机构安装支架共振导致换挡杆强迫振动。为此,提出了采取加装隔振橡胶垫和加强换挡机构安装支架的措施,解决了换挡杆振动大的问题。对后期车型换挡机构安装支架模态频率控制有一定参考作用。
In order to solve the problem that the shift lever vibration is too big during an acceleration for a SUV vehicle,we analyzed it according to spectral analysis,order analysis,modal test analysis and CAE analysis,and it was found that the vibration of the shift lever is caused by the resonance of mounting bracket of the gear shift mechanism.When implementing two measures that adds vibration isolation rubber pad and reinforces the mounting bracket stiffness,the issue is solved.This work provides a reference for controlling the mode frequency of the shift gear mounting bracket.
