摘要
采用有限元法进行NTF分析与优化。首先搭建某SUV车的TB模型并对TB模型进行模态试验验证,试验验证后对TB模型进行NTF分析,得到驾驶员右耳的声振灵敏度曲线,通过板件贡献量与基于仿真ODS法确定振动较大的板件与传递路径,并结合TB模态与声腔模态对驾驶员右耳的NTF曲线进行优化,提出工程可行性方案。优化后悬置副车架安装点Z向到驾驶员右耳的NTF曲线136 Hz处峰值下降了5 dB。
The finite element method is used for NTF analysis and optimization.First,the TB model of the SUV is built,and modal test is performed to validate the TB model.The TB model was used for NTF analysis to get the acoustic-vibration sensitivity curve of the driver’s right ear.The method of plate contribution and simulation of ODS are applied to search for the larger vibration plate and vibration transfer path.Then the driver’s right ear NTF curve based on TB modal and acoustic mode is optimized and a feasible scheme is put forward.Finally,the peak of NTF curve of rear suspension subframe mounting point Z direction to the136Hz is reduced by5dB.
