摘要
采用装配式管道对运油船进行海底应急油料卸载可能会因为海床结构、海流冲刷等原因引发管道悬跨。针对该问题,根据实际装配式管道海底输送状态对一般悬跨模型进行改进,并利用ANSYS的Transient Structural对管道悬跨现象进行仿真模拟,从变形、等效应力、等效应变3个角度共同判别管道强度是否遭到破坏,为管道沉底时的海域选址及工程实际提供相关依据。分析结果表明:当管道悬跨距离超过52 m时等效应变超过了屈服应变,悬跨距离超过58m时等效应力超过屈服应力。
The use of the assembly pipelines for unloading the undersea emergency fuel oil may lead to the pipe suspension due to the seabed structure and current scouring.In this paper,the general suspension model was improved according to the state of submarine conveyance of the actual fabricated pipelines.The simulation of pipeline suspension phenomenon was carried out by using Transient Structural Analysis of ANSYS.It judges from whether pipe strength is affected by deformation,equivalent stress and equivalent strain.The analysis results show that the equivalent strain exceeds the yield strain when the suspension span exceeds52m and the equivalent stress exceeds the yield stress when the suspension span exceeds58m.
