摘要
我国现代医学教育中存在素质教育薄弱、教学模式单一、内容陈旧等问题,虽历经多次重大改革,取得了较大进步,促进了医学生在知识、能力、综合素质和创新思维等方面的发展,但与社会进步、科学技术发展、卫生事业改革和接轨国际医学教育标准的需要还有一定差距。辽宁何氏医学院积极探索临床教育教学改革模式,针对PBL学习构建了以能力导向为主并应用新媒体手段的考核评估体系,取得了一定经验,现将改革经验并结合多年医学教学体会对应用新媒体手段培养医学人才的教育教学模式作以分享探讨。
There are many problems in modern medical education in China,such as weak quality education,single teaching mode and outdated content.Although it has undergone many major reforms and has made great progress in promoting the development of medical students'knowledge,ability,comprehensive quality and innovative thinking,there is still a gap with the need of social progress,science and technology development,health services reform,and the international standards of medical education.Based on the experience of educational teaching integration reform in colleges and universities,He University actively explores the teaching reform mode of clinical education,and studies and constructs the competency oriented evaluation system based on PBL learning by new media means,and has gained some experience.The reform experience and the experience of many years medical teaching will be used to share and discuss for the teaching mode of cultivating medical talents by means of new media.
