摘要 脊髓作为中枢神经系统的重要组成部分,损伤后对肢体的运动和感觉产生十分重要影响,脊髓损伤(SCI)后系列改变现已经成为神经生物学研究的热门。随着影像技术的快速发展,磁共振(MRI)脊髓成像成为目前最为先进的脊髓影像无创研究方法,磁共振成像可以对脊髓微观结构进行检测,是唯一的能对人体脊髓的结构和功能提供有效信息的检查方法 ,在临床诊断脊髓损伤及预后评估中的重要作用无可替代,其中弥散张量成像技术(DTI)成为近年来最成熟的技术及极具发展潜力的研究热点之一,本文对磁共振弥散张量成像技术在脊髓损伤中的应用现状进行了总结。 Spinal card is one of the most important component for central nervous system,once injured would produce a great effect on body movement and sensation.Serial change post SCI had been a hot topic in neurobiology.Along with the rapid expansion of image technology,the MRI myelography has been the most advanced noninvasive research methods for spinal cord imaging.MRI can detecte the microstructure of spinal cord and is the one and only which can give effective information for the structure and function of spinal card,and could not be replaced on clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of spinal cord injury.DTI has been one of the most mature techniques and research hotspot with great development potential.The status of MRI diffusion tensor imaging has been applied on spinal cord injury were reviewed in this paper.
