钛板颅骨修补术后并发症的处理及防治

Treatment and Prevention of Complications After Titanium Plate Cranioplasty

目的探讨钛板颅骨修补术后并发症的处理及防治。方法选取我院2014年1月—2015年1月收治的80例颅骨缺损患者为研究对象,均行头颅CT薄层扫描,然后进行三维重建,再将数据传送到计算机辅助设计,待数字成型后,制作成与患者颅骨缺损大小相仿的钛板,进行颅骨修补手术。结果本组80例患者整体修复美观,没有明显的不对称,在6个月～3年的随访期内,仅有9例(11.25%)患者发生并发症,经积极治疗后治愈。结论钛板颅骨修补术修补效果良好,并发症发生率低,但并发症可能会导致手术失败,所以应采取积极有效的措施进行处理,提高手术成功率。

Objective To explore the management and prevention of postoperative complications after titanium plate cranioplasty.Methods80cases of skull defect treated in our hospital from January2014to January2015were selected as the research object,all of them were scanned with skull CT thin layer,then the3D reconstruction was carried out,and then the data were transferred to computer aided design.After the digital molding,the titanium plate which was similar to the patient's skull defect was made,and the skull repair operation was performed.Results The overall repair of the80patients in this group was beautiful,without obvious asymmetry.Only9cases(11.25%)had complications during the follow-up period of6months to3years.After active treatment,the patients were cured.Conclusion The repair effect of titanium plate cranioplasty is good,the incidence of complications is low,but the complications may create the failure of operation,so we should take active and effective measures to improve the success rate of operation.
