观察物理方法联合左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Physical Method Combined With Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨物理方法联合左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效和对血液功能的影响情况,为盆腔炎临床治疗提供可参考资料。方法选取2014年6月—2017年1月我院收治的61例盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽取法分为观察组31例和对照组30例,对照组单独给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用物理方法治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后血液功能恢复情况优于对照组(P <0.05),观察组治疗总有效率高与于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在治疗盆腔炎的时候利用左氧氟沙星和物理方法联合治疗可以有效的提高临床治疗效果,改善患者的血液循环,促进患者身体恢复,是对盆腔炎患者实施临床治疗时的有效方法。

Objective To explore the effect of physical therapy combined with levofloxacin on pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on blood function,so as to provide references for clinical treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods61cases of pelvic inflammatory disease were selected from June2014to January2017in our hospital as the research object,randomly divided into observation group of31cases and control group of30cases,control group were given levofloxacin treatment.The observation group was treated with physical methods on the basis of the control group,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery of blood function in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease by using levofloxacin and physical treatment methods can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the blood circulation of patients,promote patient recovery,is an effective way for clinical treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease patients.
