微创减压植骨生物陶瓷棒植入治疗缺血性股骨头坏死 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究缺血性股骨头坏死患者接受微创减压植骨生物陶瓷棒植入治疗的价值。方法选取缺血性股骨头坏死患者46例,时间为2015年2月—2017年2月,其均接受微创减压植骨生物陶瓷棒植入治疗,对不同疾病分期缺血性股骨头坏死患者术前、术后12个月的Harris评分进行分析。结果不同疾病分期缺血性股骨头坏死患者术后12个月后的Harris评分明显高于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论缺血性股骨头坏死患者接受微创减压植骨生物陶瓷棒植入治疗,可有效促进患者术后髋关节功能的改善,对其预后的改善以及生活质量的提高有着积极意义。 Objective To explore the patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head treated with minimally invasive decompression and bone biological ceramic rod inserted value.Methods46cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head were selected,and the time was from February2015to February2017.The patients were treated with minimally invasive decompression and bone grafting bioceramic rod implantation.The Harris score of the patients with ischemic femoral head necrosis in different stages before and after12months after operation was analyzed.Results The Harris score of the patients with ischemic necrosis of the femoral head12months after the operation was significantly higher than that before the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head are treated with minimally invasive decompression and bone graft,which can effectively improve the postoperative hip joint function and improve the prognosis and improve the quality of life.
