阿托伐他汀与抗血小板药对脑血栓血小板参数的影响

Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Antiplatelet Agents in the Treatment of Cerebral Thrombosis and Its Influence on Platelet Parameters

目的分析阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗脑血栓患者的疗效及对血小板参数的影响。方法选择2016年3月—2018年4月我院收治的72例脑血栓患者作为研究对象,随机将72例脑血栓患者分成两组,其中一组设作对照组,应用常规治疗措施,另外一组设作观察组,在常规治疗同时配合阿托伐他汀、抗血小板药治疗,对比两组治疗效果和血小板参数影响。结果观察组总有效率明显比对照组高,两组疗效对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前后对比,观察组PLT、MPV、PDW、红细胞沉降率、血浆黏度、全血黏度、血小板黏附率等指标对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组PLT、MPV高于对照组,观察组PDW、红细胞沉降率、血浆黏度、全血黏度、血小板黏附率比对照组低,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论脑血栓患者应用阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗效果理想,而且能改善患者的血小板参数。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of atorvastatin combined with antiplatelet agents in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis and its effect on platelet parameters.Methods72patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from March2016to April2018were randomly divided into two groups.One group was set as the control group,and the other group was set as the observation group,which was treated with atorvastatin and antiplatelet drugs at the same time.The therapeutic effect and platelet parameters were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there were significant differences in PLT,MPV,PDW,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity and platelet adhesion rate in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,PLT and MPV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.PDW,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity and platelet adhesion rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with antiplatelet drugs is effective in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis,and can improve the platelet parameters of patients.
