甲基强的松龙治疗黄疸型病毒性肝炎的疗效

Efficacy of Methylprednisolone in the Treatment of Jaundice Type Viral Hepatitis

目的研究甲基强的松龙(甲强龙)治疗黄疸型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的30例黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者为研究对象,根据电脑抽签的方式随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组接受还原型谷胱甘肽治疗方式,观察组接受甲基强的松龙治疗方式,观察两组患者临床治疗指标及治疗前后TBIL、ALT水平差异。结果两组患者治疗总有效率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。TBIL及ALT水平治疗前差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组显著低于对照组,改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲基强的松龙治疗黄疸型病毒性肝炎相较于还原型谷胱甘肽治疗未见差异,但能够更加有效的减轻患者痛苦,促进总胆红素与丙氨酸转氨酶的改善。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of methylprednisolone in the treatment of jaundice type viral hepatitis.Methods30cases of jaundice type viral hepatitis treated in our hospital from January2017to January2018were selected as the research object.According to the computer drawing,the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was give the treatment of the reduced glutathione,the observation group was give the methylprednisolone treatment method,and the clinical treatment and the difference in the level of TBIL and ALT before and after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of TBIL and ALT before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the improvement was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Methylprednisolone has no difference in the treatment of jaundice viral hepatitis compared with reduced glutathione,but it can alleviate the pain of patients more effectively and promote the improvement of total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase.
